A credit is one thing you make. A simple picture costs 1 credit, a better picture costs 2, and a video costs between 5 and 15 depending on which AI model you pick. The Generate button always shows the cost before you spend anything.
How many ads will my plan actually make?
It depends on the models you pick, so we quote the common case: picture ads at 2 credits and videos at 10. The full plan details table lists every model, what it costs and how many you get on each plan.
What does “1 per app” mean for social accounts?
You connect one login on each app — one Instagram, one TikTok and one YouTube — and post to all of them from HeyOz. Starter and Basic allow one per app. Pro removes the limit, so you can connect as many as you like on every app, which is what makes it work for agencies and anyone running several brands.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
They do not roll over. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
Is this cheaper than hiring someone?
A freelance creator typically charges a few hundred dollars for one finished video, and managed agencies work on monthly retainers in the thousands for eight to twenty videos. Basic gives you twenty-five video ads’ worth of credits for $44.99 a month. The tradeoff is real: you direct the work rather than briefing someone else, and you are generating rather than filming. If you would rather hand it over, that is what Enterprise is for.
Do the cheaper plans get fewer tools?
No. All 16 tools and every AI model are on every plan. What changes is your monthly allowance, how many social accounts you can connect, and whether support is standard or priority.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the current month.
Is there annual or quarterly billing?
Not yet — every plan is monthly. That also means no lock-in.
What if Pro is not enough?
Add a top-up pack for a one-off spike, or talk to us. If you are consistently above 550 credits a month, Enterprise is usually the better answer.
